Position Overview:
• Develop financial models
• Perform valuation analyses using various methodologies
• Prepare presentation materials
• Perform comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research
• Review and evaluate materials provided by prospects or clients
• Participate in all stages of transaction executions
Education and Experience
• Master’s Degree (Preferred): MBA, Master’s in Finance, Economics, or related discipline
• Bachelor’s Degree (Required): Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Language Proficiency (Required): English and Spanish
• Language Proficiency (Preferred): Portuguese
• Excellent quantitative, analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work within a team environment, manage tasks independently, and ready to assume a high level of responsibility
• Works well under pressure and tight deadlines; aptitude to synthesize large amounts of information
• Strong attention to detail
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• 2-5 years relevant work experience
